Being a leader requires extraordinary determination, hard work, organisational skills, communication skills, and most importantly, collaboration skills. It’s never easy without perseverance when walking down the path of leadership. All the training and nurturing in the Prefect Board are sure to take you to a new perspective of the word “Impossible” – which becomes “I’m Possible”. All the unachievable tasks become achievable with the perspective of I’m Possible. It’s very important to believe in ourselves, and conquer the fear within us. It’s the spirit of “doing our best” and “having faith” in ourselves that make us good leaders.

 

“Love is what binds us all together in perfect harmony” is the school theme this year. Love is selflessness, forgiveness and consideration. The theme of Prefect Board this year is “Prospered with Benevolence”. We aim to integrate love, kindness and forgiveness into our every action while upholding integrity, hoping to create a harmonious, yet disciplined atmosphere at our school.

 

We aspire to influence all students to be self-disciplined, self-managed, and self-responsible ladies in contributing to the school, and consequently to the society as future women leaders. Leadership is not only about individuality, but also solidarity. It’s the capacity to understand your own personal strengths and weaknesses and at the same time, the capacity to listen to others, cooperate with others, and have a positive attitude to learn and improve. All these will only be possible with all your help and support in order to create a school prospered with benevolence and managed in discipline. At last, remember Prefect Board stands before you all and is always willing to listen to your opinions. We pledge to be firm about rules and to serve you in the best possible way in this school year.
